Ages 15+ · Clemency House
Spoken Arabic Language Course Taught by an experienced teacher You will be able to speak and converse in Arabic within the first 3 months of this course! Applicants must be passionate and committed to studying. This course is open and accessible for all. No previous learning is required. The only prerequisite is that you are prepared to put in the effort! This course requires 3 hours outside of class time for group sessions, revision and homework. Put in the work and you will see the fruits inshaa Allah!

The Ihya Institute welcomes all to embark on the journey along the path of sacred learning. Our courses intend to support students of all ages and backgrounds to become more confident in their knowledge and practise of Islam. Only once per week for 1.5 hours. A classroom based course open to brothers and sisters. The foundational course is 1 year long It is split into 4 modules, Aqidah, Fiqh, Seerah and Tazkiyyah. The classes are mostly term-time with some overlap and breaks for ramadhan and eid etc. Balanced Islamic teachings via contemporary teaching methods.
Structured Programme | Saturdays 10am–1pm Taught by female teachers. A structured diploma based in Oldham, designed to build a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge, Qur’an, and Arabic. ⏱️ This course requires 4 hours/week of independent study (homework & revision).

Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise. People do not gather in the houses of Allah, reciting the book of Allah and studying it together, but that tranquility will descend upon them, mercy will cover them, angels will surround them, and Allah will mention them to those near him.
وَمَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقًا يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْمًا سَهَّلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيقًا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَمَا اجْتَمَعَ قَوْمٌ فِي بَيْتٍ مِنْ بُيُوتِ اللَّهِ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَيَتَدَارَسُونَهُ بَيْنَهُمْ إِلاَّ نَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّكِينَةُ وَغَشِيَتْهُمُ الرَّحْمَةُ وَحَفَّتْهُمُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ وَذَكَرَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِيمَنْ عِنْدَهُ
